This recruitment is being conducted under the project titled “Combating Land Degradation through Integrated and Sustainable Range and Livestock Management to Promote Resilient Livelihoods in Northern Punjab.” The project is funded by the Global Environment Facility with technical support from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Previous experience with international donor agencies such as FAO, UNDP, GEF, or similar organizations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Punjab’s regional context, particularly Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum districts, is desirable.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Nature of Engagement
- Consultants will be empaneled on a roster for the project duration (up to July 2029).
- Engagement will be on a need-based, intermittent, and task-specific basis.
- Empanelment does not guarantee a fixed number of assignments.
- Selected consultants may be invited to submit proposals against detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) when assignments arise.
