- Deputy Manager (Legal / Contract)

All positions are contract-based and located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Manager (Legal)
Number of Posts: 1
Maximum Age Limit: Up to 50 Years
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from HEC recognized university
- Master’s Degree in Law or Barrister qualification will be an added advantage
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate, regulatory, or contract matters
- Experience in power sector will be preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Power laws and regulations
- Contractual framework
- Competitive energy market
- Legal compliance and litigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure legal compliance in market implementation and regulatory affairs
- Provide legal support for bilateral contracting processes
- Handle dispute resolution and legal proceedings
- Represent LESCO in legal matters and hearings
Deputy Manager (Legal / Contract)
Number of Posts: 1
Maximum Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Management Sciences from HEC recognized university
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in:
- Bilateral contracts
- Bidding processes
- Power sector contracts (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and regulatory framework
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Manager (Legal) in contract management
- Ensure compliance with legal framework
- Assist in contract drafting and review
- Provide legal assistance in bidding processes
Assistant Manager (Transmission Planning)
Number of Posts: 1
Maximum Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from HEC recognized university
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with power sector experience
- Knowledge of:
- Transmission planning
- 132kV level substations
- PSS/E or ETAP software
- Capital budgeting for transmission projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Deputy Manager in transmission planning
- Develop transmission expansion plans
- Support project budgeting and execution planning
Assistant Manager (Demand Forecasting)
Number of Posts: 1
Maximum Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in:
- Demand forecasting
- Power sector planning
- Medium-term and consolidated forecasting
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop medium-term electricity demand forecasts
- Assist in strategic planning
- Support demand analysis for LESCO operations
