1. Project Director (PPS-11)

Monthly Salary: Approximately PKR 800,000

Required Qualification

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management

• Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council

Experience Requirement

• 15 years of experience for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree

• 12 years of experience for candidates with a Master’s degree

Preference may be given to candidates who have previously worked on public sector infrastructure projects.

Role Responsibilities

The Project Director is responsible for overall leadership and management of large-scale tourism development projects. Responsibilities may include project planning, supervision of construction activities, coordination with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

The role also involves monitoring progress reports, managing project risks, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and engineering standards.

2. Additional Project Director (Civil Engineering) – PPS-9

• 8 years of experience for Master’s degree holders

The Additional Project Director supports the Project Director in managing construction and infrastructure development activities. The position involves supervising project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Professionals in this role typically coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain construction quality and ensure timely project completion.

3. Additional Project Director (Architecture) – PPS-9

Required Qualification

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or

• Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering

Candidates must also be registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).

Experience Requirement

• 8 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders

• 6 years of experience for Master’s degree holders

Role Responsibilities

This position focuses on architectural planning and design supervision for tourism development projects. The Additional Project Director (Architecture) ensures that designs meet functional requirements, enhance visitor experiences, and comply with architectural standards.

Responsibilities may include reviewing design proposals, coordinating with engineering teams, ensuring aesthetic quality of tourism infrastructure, and supervising architectural implementation during project execution.
